‘RM’ series is a reciprocating mechanically actuated diaphragm dosing pumps suitable for dosing quantities of liquid products upto 200 lph through a pulse is generated when piston moves forward. The pump capacity is proportional to the number of piston stroke and to the pump head internal volume. RMP series Plunger / piston pumps are positive displacement type, which are designed to pump at practically constant flow rates upto 3000 LPH against a wide range of various discharge pressure (high or low). The motor repeatedly moves the plunger into and out of a correspondingly shaped chamber in the pump head, causing the volume of chamber to repeatedly become larger and smaller and thus causing the liquid to enter into the head from suction end and discharge to dosing end. The pump capacity is proportional to the number of piston stroke and to the pump head internal volume. A simple gear and eccentric mechanism drive the plunger. The eccentricity is varied, resulting to increase and decrease stroke length. The metering rate can adjust by varying the stroke length with 0% to 100% stroke adjustment manually.

This pump works continuously in pulsar rating; each time a pulse is given to the magnet, which in turn push a piston. A diaphragm fixed on the piston head compressed the liquid in the pump head. The liquid exits the pump head through the delivery valve while the suction valve stays close. When the pulse ends, a spring moves back the piston and the diaphragm. The vacuum created by the diaphragm backward movement brings the liquid inside the pump head from the suction valve while the delivery valve is closed. Above Dosing pump with suction / discharge tubing, foot valve, strainer, injection check valve etc. suitable to dose AQUAFIT / CHLOROTECH - 90 chlorine granular. The fluid is contained within a flexible tube fitted inside a circular pump casing. A rotor with a number of rollers attached to the external circumference and it compresses the flexible tube. As the rotor turns, the part of tube under compression close; thus forcing the fluid to be pumped to move through the tube. Accordingly, as the tube opens to its natural shape after passing of the cam fluid, flow is induced to the pump. RPQ 40 HD is typically used to pump clean, sterile or aggressive fluid. RPQ 40 HD is least maintenance and leakage free pump as there is on other valves, “O” Rings, seals / packing except to worry about the tube for the fluid being pumped. The tube needs frequent replacement, generally once in 4 to 8 months.
